  • Design and test cell culture media formulations which specifically cater to our
  • cell lines optimizing for predefined parameters with an emphasis on cost control.
  • Contribute to designing, operating, and maintaining bioreactors.
  • Optimize for consistency across media formulations company wide.
  • Contribute to tissue culture work, cell line maintenance, characterization, andexpansion.

Qualifications and skills

  • Ph.D. in chemical engineering, molecular biology, cell biology or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of industrial experience or academic experience.
  • An effective team player with excellent oral communication skills to both scientificand non-scientific audiences. You are an excellent experimentalist with ademonstrated track-record of productivity.
  • You can quickly trouble-shoot technical difficulties, maintain excellent scientific records, and clearly communicate your results.
  • You are keen to lead and mentor junior engineers and scientists with clarity.
  • An individual with integrity and a can do attitude.
