Mission Bio - Decoding genotypic-phenotypic complexity in cancer
Mission Bio’s Tapestri platform provides integrated insights from multiple cutting-edge NGS technologies at single cell resolution. Tapestri is the only platform capable of simultaneously profiling DNA mutations (SNVs, indels, and CNVs) as well as protein abundance in each cell. Via our talented team of microfluidics, molecular biologists, and bioinformatics scientists, we’re expanding this capability to other omics technologies as well in order to generate the high-resolution data required to understand and eradicate cancer.
The Tapestri platform has been widely adopted by leading research institutions and pharmaceutical companies around the world and is being featured in a growing number of high-impact publications. Founded in 2014, Mission Bio is growing rapidly via more than 120 million dollars in funding from Novo Growth, Cota Capital, Agilent Technologies and others.
