We are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to our G&A team. Our Contracts Administrator will manage contracts workflow across a variety of agreement types such as NDAs, consulting agreements and CRO agreements, as well as associated purchase orders.  This is our first dedicated contracts position and the incoming team member will have the opportunity to implement a Lexion contracts database that will serve as our contracts management platform.  The Contracts Administrator will report to our Director of Business Operations and Administration and will interact with team members across the company to provide contracts support for our programs.  Additional responsibilities include creation and tracking of purchase orders, NDAs, consulting agreements and other related tasks.

What You'll Do:

    • Manage the contracting process, including development and roll out of the Lexion contract management system, managing contract requests, securing signatures and filing fully executed contracts
    • Draft and negotiate routine form contracts
    • Work with functional leads, management and, as needed, external legal counsel, on more complex agreements
    • Manage and track purchase orders
    • Log key metadata from existing contracts into document management system, including effective dates, termination dates, milestones and reports due
    • Monitor contract performance, alerting the business to deadlines and critical events
    • Assist Director, Business Operations and Administration and other team members with special projects as requested
