We’re Looking For...

A Client Relationship Manager with a passion for fashion, sustainability, and textiles, who loves learning new things and new ways of doing things.  You will have a well-developed understanding of the luxury market through education and experience, ideally both.  You will have a refined eye for aesthetics and high-end presentations; an understanding of the global market including the players.  You will enjoy interacting with our brand partners & prospects. You will be comfortable dealing with multiple organizational levels, internal and external.  You will be the first point of contact for many new brand partners and often the primary contact.  Day to day responsibilities include managing a robust pipeline, organizing calendars, and participating in client meetings, remotely and in person.   


To be successful in this role, you will be a good communicator and listener, a people person with skills that inspire confidence and trust.  You will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and comfortable with taking initiative.  You have previous startup experience where, you learned to be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, flexible wearing more than one hat at times, and performing tasks outside of your job description and perhaps, comfort zone.


Within the first 30 days you will…

  • Learn enough to have a solid foundation about the company and its history, the business and our materials.
  • Learn about our current and prospective partners, the history of the relationships, needs and alignments. 
  • Spend a significant amount of time with various team members to gain an understanding about every aspect of our business.


In the first 60 days you will…

  • Begin participating in partner meetings.
  • Put your learnings into action employing our strategic framework and sales funnel to assess the fit of a prospective brand.
  • Manage scheduling, pipelines, and timelines.
  • Write up reports of calls, meetings, and log in databases.


In the first 90 days you will...

  • Begin taking ownership of partner relationships and act as the primary contact for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to continually refine priorities.
  • Work closely with the customer to understand their product needs and timelines. 
  • Collaborate with members of Bolt’s marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations.
  • Travel (as restrictions allow) for face-to-face meetings with partners.


This Team will be Excited to Have You Because You Bring...

  • Minimum BS in Business, Fashion, Textiles, or equivalent experience
  • Highly desired: Master’s Degree in Luxury Marketing or Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • At least one year of experience working with a European luxury brand, more would be a plus
  • Demonstrated project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects including timelines and communication
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with brand customers
  • Ability to use standard business software, highly desired to have experience with CRM software
  • At least one experience thriving in a startup environment
  • Fluency in French or Italian highly desired-
  • We are open to candidates working remotely from:  California, Oregon, Minnesota or New York. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time (including internationally) as needed
