Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling interviews in our ATS, Greenhouse, and coordinating with our internal teams
• Develop partnerships with our hiring managers
• Various job postings
• Meet and greet candidates and ensure their experience is unique
• Coordinate reference checks
• Schedule new hire orientations
• Coordinate employee benefits
• Prepare various reporting on new hires
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Tech savvy with experience related to ATS systems, Greenhouse
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office, and more)
• Positive, personable, collaborative team player, self-starter with a very strong work ethic and ability to handle pressures and multiple projects with frequently changing priorities
• Must exhibit discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A university degree
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator on the People team
