As a Project Manager you will assemble, guide, empower and serve the team through excellence in project delivery resulting in value creation for our business and ultimately, our clients. Your role will be to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical projects focused on development of new or enhancement of existing products. All projects will require broad collaboration ensuring successful product launch and sustaining.
You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, communicating progress, issue resolution and overall project execution as well as tracking project-deliverables and monitoring the resource utilization throughout the product lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a BA or BS degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, which includes 4 years as a biotech project manager or a MS and minimal of 3 years of relevant experience. A PhD in a scientific field or a PharmD, DVM or MD degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience is desirable. Experience should include participation in cross-functional project management activities.
