Using telephone (primarily) and some e-mail to communicate client value proposition through pre-designed offers and

initiatives with researchers from Pharma, Biotech and Academic institutions

Leveraging CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle

Qualifying sales leads (primarily warm leads) and setting appointments

Creating a competitive edge by identifying customer needs by leveraging documented sales processes and best practices

Providing input into call guides to achieve specified results
