Sourcing Manager - HEOR at Science Exchange

We are looking for someone to join our growing team who has a strong research
background with experience specifically in Health Economics Outcomes Research
(HEOR). We are expanding within a key client account to support their HEOR outsourcing
category, and are hiring to grow the team in this area. You should have first hand
experience in identification of appropriate data sources, execution of protocol-related
programming, analysis and summary of data from your own research to be able to consult
and advocate for our client stakeholders. As the Sourcing Manager, you are the closest
link to the researchers using our platform and the primary liaison for our clients looking
for providers for their outsourced projects.

Collaborate with clients to understand their research objectives, sharpen their scope of work in order to identify the most qualified providers, consultants, academic and private institutions for their project
Actively facilitate conversations between client stakeholders and providers to identify issues and influence resolutions
Confirm the results of any analyses were conducted effectively and according to agreed upon deliverables
Create great impressions on our customers with your broad scientific knowledge and understanding of various protocols and become the trusted and resourceful advisor to researchers
Actively engage CROs, consulting companies and academic institutions and build a deep understanding of their capabilities and expertise
Be a Science Exchange product expert so that you can help current and potential users advance their research objectives
Contribute to community outreach, marketing, and partnership initiatives


Master’s degree plus three years of health economics and outcomes research experience or Doctorate degree and 2 years of health economics and outcomes research
Must be comfortable discussing and presenting scientific topics in person or remotely, and demonstrate a high-level understanding of HEOR concepts
Excellent customer facing communication and outreach skills, responding rapidly to customer inquiries, drafting concise and informative emails and phone calls
Outstanding organization, planning, and critical thinking skills; you should be detail-oriented and able to organize your own workflow
Tenacity, patience, and adaptability
Travel 10-20% of the time
