Senior Product Manager at Quartzy
Palo Alto, CA, US
Quartzy is seeking an experienced product leader to join us at Quartzy. Backed by a growing product team, you’ll have the chance to define Quartzy's product and grow with the product organization as our growing company scales.

You are a forward thinker who will motivate our team and enable them to produce their best work. You think strategically, but If you see something that needs doing or a hole that needs to be filled, you won't hesitate to jump in and do it yourself - in fact, you'll enjoy the opportunities you get to do so. You're energetic and ambitious, and love thinking holistically about ways to improve the product and grow our revenue.

Devise new strategies for unearthing the best product ideas from our company and its customers

Understand the key drivers of company success and instrument all products to ensure metrics are being reported that point to them
Coordinate smooth product launches with cross-functional teams
What we're looking for

5+ years product management experience in the SaaS space
Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience independently taking products from the ideation phase all the way through to launch and subsequent versions
A “do what it takes” mentality - you should enjoy taking on high level strategic initiatives as much as you enjoy getting to the root of a bug, or reading individual customer support tickets.
You should excel at working closely with colleagues in other functional areas (marketing, sales, business development, engineering, marketplace) to convey the reasoning behind the products being developed.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on honesty, brevity, and integrity.
What we'd love

Zeal to transform the life sciences industry
Experience with product development for mobile apps
A technical background: either a degree in computer science or some coding experience is preferred for this position
