PEOPLE OPERATIONS (HUMAN RESOURCES) ANALYST

Our People Operations team is looking to add a data-minded individual with a growth mindset who thrives off of answering questions through the use of information, data and systems who also enjoys connecting with people. The individual will be key in ensuring data and information is up to date and accurate, while being a champion of our company culture by leveraging data analysis that helps drive action for the People Ops team. The People Operations Analyst must be able to flex from doing hands-on data entry to taking the lead on data analysis and collaborating with other teams for system implementations and integrations.

THE POSITION

Roll up sleeves to execute on a full range of People Operations programs, systems and data collection and analysis (People Support & Engagement, Recruitment & On-boarding, Compensation & Payroll & Benefits, Performance & Development, Safety, Training and Compliance)
Act as an employee resource for all employee questions related to our programs, services or troubleshooting of people systems by answering questions and solving problems quickly
Ensure people operations systems and data are maintained with a 100% accuracy and confidentiality and in compliance
Plan for, craft and maintain data gathering and analysis throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., surveys)
Manage people data and use data to build reports and dashboard with key metric information
Continuously evaluate people programs, systems and tools to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience
Design trainings and develop manuals for employees and managers on the various people operations systems
Assist with special projects and other areas of the People Operations team
REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience as an Analyst or Researcher
Bachelor’s Degree. STEM degree, highly desirable
Proficient with Google Docs, and Microsoft Office suite
Adept at quickly learning new systems and striving for automation and efficiency
Experience in successfully working cross-functionally and collaboratively with other departments and teams
Have a strong attention to detail
High level of discretion and confidentiality required
Strong communicator who demonstrates self-awareness and resilience
Resourceful problem solver
